I cut my teeth (a long time ago) in the apartment industry, where Superior Customer Service was beaten into me and I’ve never forgotten the lessons learned. Have you noticed how many apartment complexes are around here? If you’re not providing the experience the resident expects, they’ll move.

So, in those years I learned and taught, Superior Customer Service to hundreds of employees. One way or another, I’ve been in the real estate industry over 30 years (I refuse to say how many years “over” is).
The initials behind my name, “CCIM” stands for Certified Commercial Investment Management. After several years of study and classes, it was the hardest six hour test I have ever taken and it was only 80 questions. (Ugly test, all math) The “CPM” stands for Certified Property Manager, a professional real estate management designation.
As a real estate investor, I’ve had more training than I care to list. All of which gives me a unique perspective most real estate agents don’t have. Allowing me to look at how to structure a deal where everyone walks away happy. It’s not always about the price; sometimes the terms of the deal are more important.
I’ve always enjoyed helping people achieve what they want and helping them reach beyond what they thought they could do.
